1. The service

WorkBenchData provides career benchmarking, salary insights, job-search aggregation, and alerts. We aggregate public job listings from third-party sources and present them alongside our own analytics.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Tokens and subscriptions

Some actions cost tokens (e.g. saving a costly profile field, running hourly alerts). Tokens are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your profile.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use the service to harass, defraud, or violate any law.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or the token system.

5. Third-party content

Job listings are provided by Adzuna, Careerjet, Reed, The Muse, USAJobs, France Travail and similar partners. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or outcomes of any third-party listing or employer.

6. No employment guarantee

WorkBenchData provides information only. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, promotions, or any career outcome.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
